Jordan graduated from the University of Greenwich with a BSc in Business with Marketing in 2018. As part of his dissertation, Jordan researched and planned the creation of an app which used gamification to reduce household food waste.

With a background in manufacturing, Jordan joined Hethel Innovation in May 2018 as NAAME Sector Co-ordinator, a cluster group supporting Norfolk and Suffolk's manufacturing and engineering sector through curated events and advice.

Jordan was reunited with the food and drink sector in December 2021 where he assumed the role of Project Manager for the Broadland Food Innovation Centre. An £11.4m project, Jordan oversaw the creation of the bespoke innovation support framework as well as the food innovation cluster; funded through the European Regional Development Fund.

Formerly a football manager of his local side, Beccles Town, Jordan has decided to don the boots again while his knees are still up for it.
